Who can apply?
ALC brings together people from different industries and professional experiences who want to develop the way they lead themselves, people and organisations.
Is membership individual?
Membership is intended for individuals and applies to one person.
How long does membership last?
Membership lasts 12 months. Premium includes four Leadership Events, four Labs and the conference. Standard includes four Events and two Labs of your choice.
Are curated gatherings included in the price?
Curated gatherings are not included in either membership. Registration and fees are separate. Premium members have booking priority; Standard members apply by theme and availability.
Do I need to hold a formal leadership position?
ALC is not a community defined by titles. More important than your current position is how you think about responsibility, development and the influence you have on people around you.
Some opportunities do not come twice.
